"Bank reference"
一是指“银行信息”，供应商提供公司银行信息以供客户查询银行信用状况，
二是指“银行资信证明”，由银行出具的某公司在该银行的账户往来情况的证明信
Information released by a bank about a customer, to another bank or lending institution. Bank references generally include (1) number of years of a customer's relationship with the bank, number of loans and the amounts of their balances, type and quality of collateral(s) provided, and a copy of the customer's latest statement of financial affairs on file with the bank. Banks usually are under no obligation to seek the customer's approval (or to reveal the identity of the recipient) for releasing such information.
